Basil Infused Olive Oil
Pairs well with salads, other citrus flavors, fish, chicken, pork, drizzle over red meats , vegetables, roasted vegetables, feta cheese and tomato salad.

Chili Infused Olive Oil
Use this oil to add heat to any dish. Bake corn muffins coating the muffin tin with chili oil.

Herb De Provence Dipping Oil
Use as dipping oil, drizzle on potatoes and bake, marinade for meats, make bruschetta and sauté with vegetables.

Rosemary Infused Olive Oil
P asta, sauce, chicken, pork roast. Goes well with the lemon oil and lemon balsamic too.

Meg's Egg Sandwich
Coat pan with chile oil and fry egg. Put egg on a roll—top with shaved parmesan, arugula and drizzle with plum balsamic.

Pasta Salad
Use orzo pasta or similar pasta. Lighlty coat cooked pasta with Italian Herb or Herb de Provence dipping oil. Add feta cheese, chopped green olives, chopped Kalamata olives and chopped tomatoes.

Paula's Famous Dressing
2 parts Basil Olive Oil and 1 part White Balsamic

Family Favorite Salad
Use spring mix lettuce, add dried berries and/or cherries, add feta cheese, add chopped walnuts. Make a dressing 2 parts Select EVOO and 1 part plum balsamic.
